New Patient Info

Welcome to Grow Pediatric Therapy! We are so grateful you have selected us to care for you and your child’s needs! Before your first visit, you will receive an email or welcome letter in the mail with additional paperwork if you requested a paper copy. Paperwork must be completed prior to your first visit. At your first visit, you and your child will be welcomed by your evaluating therapist and an evaluation of your child will be completed. Guardians are always welcome and encouraged to sit in on the evaluation, so any questions and concerns can be discussed. After the evaluation, the therapist will give recommendations for further therapy. You will receive a written report of your child’s evaluation within 2 weeks of the initial evaluation.

At Grow Pediatric Therapy, we accept Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, All Kids, and Tricare. If you do not have insurance coverage, we accept private payment.
